Overview
Because of the variable nature of seeds, plants and weather, no warrantee is given concerning the successful growth of any of our products.
We do not accept returns because of the perishable nature of the items we sell.
We make no health claims on any of the herbal products we sell.
Shipping
Orders are mailed via USPS with tracking and insurance up to $100. You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address at checkout.
Items not received
If an order is lost in the mail, we will send you a replacement order after waiting an appropriate amount of time, generally more that 15 business days, to make sure the package is really lost. We are not responsible for packages delayed in the mail.
We are not responsible for lost packages when the post office tracking shows that a package has been delivered. In this event, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the post office (USPS.com) for the lost package in order to get a refund on their missing package via the USPS shipping insurance.
Refunds
If for some reason we send you a refund, the refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
