These seeds are from persimmon trees that grow here at Full Sky Farm. It’s a native variety that makes large delicious fruit.

These seeds have been cleaned, washed, partially dried and refrigerated

I have not completely dried these seeds because I believe they will germinate better by keeping them fresh and refrigerated.

These seeds, like many tree seeds, need to be cold stratified for approximately 3 months before they will germinate. I suggest storing the seeds in the refrigerator until spring to cold stratify them, or simply plant the seeds in the ground where you want them to grow and let them naturally stratify over the cold winter months and they will grow in the springtime
