The fruit along with the seeds can be eaten fresh or prepared in various ways, it is also an important food source for wildlife.
These seeds are freshly harvested and kept refrigerated (not dried) and they are best kept refrigerated until planted in the springtime, or planted outside now where they will germinate and grow in the spring.
