White Sunchoke

I’ve grown this unknown variety of white Jerusalem artichoke for many years. It produces very good quality large tubers up to fist size. The tubers I’m selling here are smaller, ranging in size from grape to gold ball size and will look similar to the ones pictured.

These tubers were grown totally naturally here at Full Sky Farm.
