Red Sunchoke

I’ve grown this unknown variety of red Jerusalem artichoke for many years. It produces an abundance of medium size tubers up to tennis ball size. The tubers I’m selling here are smaller, ranging in size from grape to gold ball size and will look similar to the ones pictured.

These tubers were grown totally naturally here at Full Sky Farm.
